Because each picture is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The wrong item was sent.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Non-returnable Items
Custom or personalised pieces (with names, dates, or bespoke designs) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the creative process may have begun.
Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
