Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Because each picture is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The wrong item was sent.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Non-returnable Items
Custom or personalised pieces (with names, dates, or bespoke designs) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the creative process may have begun.

Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Lead Time
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your picture to be made. This gives time for creating, assembling, and adding those special personal touches.

Fast Shipping on Ready-Made Items
If you’re purchasing a ready-made item directly from the website, it will be shipped within 2 working days.

Shipping Time
Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked service.

Delivery Estimates

• UK orders: Typically arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• International orders: Please allow 7–14 business days, depending on location.
